Think Ten Media Group was co-founded by Ramon Hamilton and Jen Fischer.  At the heart of their media company is an understanding of the pervasiveness of media and its power. Their work consistently centers on encouraging thoughtfulness and critical thinking. Projects often raise awareness and inspire conversation, while maintaining a commitment to entertain. The company began with a focus on independent films (the duo founded and ran a film festival for 7 years as well). Currently, they are expanding and moving into other mediums, specifically interactive content, VR development and books. 

In addition to more than 15 years of creative partnership, Hamilton and Fischer are also life partners raising two children together. As such, their company ethos includes a firm commitment to work-life balance and to modeling sustainability and social entrepreneurship for their children. TTMG donates 10% of project profits to organizations working around the topics and issues their projects explore.
